WHAT'S INSIDE KEKAO'S CRAFT CHOCOLATE BAR DECEMBER BOX
Ritual Chocolate produces small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate using classic European methods and premium cacao from select sources. Founded in 2010 by Robbie Stout and Anna Davies, their mission is to produce exceptional quality chocolate while celebrating the complexity of the cacao bean.
At their small chocolate factory in Park City, Utah they are involved with the entire chocolate-making process to ensure their values for the highest achievable quality are present every step of the way.
They source some of the highest quality cacao in the world to make their chocolate. With no added flavours, their chocolate is an authentic expression of the flavour unique to each origin.
This chocolate bar is made with their Belize 75% chocolate and topped with a house-made honeycomb toffee. Utah is also known as The Beehive State, it naturally makes sense for Ritual to represent their state. The toffee used is from local Hollow Tree Honey, which is carefully sourced raw, wildflower honey from hives across the Wasatch Mountain range. The honey is full of floral, nectar flavors that are unique to the array of wildflowers grown in the area.

Tibito Chocolate started in 2015 out of curiosity and desire to explore the richness of Colombian cacao beans.
They believed Colombia's cacao was not being fully exploited and decided to work in order to achieve the credit that both Colombian cacao beans and chocolate deserve.
With this in mind, they carefully created top-quality artisan chocolate, by using the wonderful richness and great variety of the cacao beans found in different Colombian regions.
Their chocolate is a marvelous trip throughout Colombia’s cacao flavors, fragrances, and textures.
The cacao for this Tibito chocolate bar is grown in the south-west of Colombia, Putumayo department. The chocolate bar has a nice dark colour with a floral aroma and creamy taste.

Potomac Chocolate is an American craft chocolate maker based in Woodbridge, Virginia. Founded in 2010 by Ben Rasmussen, Potomac is one of the first bean to bar chocolate makers in the United States.
At their small workshop, raw cacao is transformed into award-winning craft chocolate. Every bar made is hand-crafted and the focus and dedication Ben brings to the workshop results in delicious bean-to-bar chocolate that highlights the unique flavors of each cacao origin.
Ben combined his love of baking sourdough with chocolate making to create this beautiful toasted sourdough chocolate bar. Using his award-winning Duarte, Dominican Republic 70% dark chocolate, with just the right amount of homemade, lightly toasted sourdough breadcrumbs, Ben created You Bread My Mind 70%.

Luisa Abram is a chocolate maker from Brazil. Much could be said in praise of Luisa Abram‘s chocolate, from the rarest, wild-harvested cacao she taps, to the slow-churned fermentation, small-batch micro-lot production techniques, and so much more.
However, none of that can quite convey how singular the taste is. The notes of cacao are direct, clear, and pure but also arresting in just how unique they are compared to any other chocolate.
The cacao sourced for the Rio Purus Wild Cocoa 70% comes from the Pyros River region of Brazil and is grown wild. They add nothing but a little organic sugar to the chocolate, giving the true flavour of Amazonian cacao. The chocolate is hand-crafted at a workshop in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
Tasting notes: Cardamom, Molasses & Anise
