We curate the perfect box every month, but February is extra special for us. This month we dedicate our box to Valentine's Day, and let's be honest, what better way to show you care for someone but with a box of chocolate?

RANGER CHOCOLATE:

Based on family recipes and named for founder George Domurot’s niece, a National Park Service Forest Ranger, Ranger Chocolate Company carefully handles each cacao bean to unlock nuance, regionality, and terroir-driven flavors in their chocolate. Ranger’s addictive granolas, caramel sauce, and gourmet candy bars complement their two-ingredient single-origin bars for a unique product line. Like all good Rangers, they also take care of the planet, using candy bar proceeds to plant trees and take care of wildlife.

Ranger Polochic, Guatemala 80%

Ranger sourced the cacao for this chocolate bar from the Polochic Vally in southeastern Alta Verapaz, one of Guatemala’s hottest micro-climates and is farmed by more than 50% female farmers. The unique climate in this region produces high quality cacao with a balanced chocolatey flavor.

Ranger Polochic, Guatemala 80%

RAAKA:

Raaka is devoted to making uncommonly delicious chocolate that captures the brighter, bolder, and fruitier side of cacao. They make every bar from scratch with unroasted cacao beans, sourced from growers they trust and admire. The unique flavour of their unroasted chocolate is part place, part process. They craft their bars in celebration of each cacao origin's unique character. Their chocolate making process values the community of growers, producers, and makers whose livelihoods depend on cacao and chocolate. All of their chocolate is made from scratch, bean-to-bar, in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

Raaka Rose Cardamom 70% (Limited Batch)

Raaka Rose Cardamom by Raaka is a limited batch chocolate bar, released only seasonly. To make this bar, Raaka gently steams Tanzanian cacao over rose petals and cardamom, conjuring a luscious and dreamy floral bar. Celestial, ambrosial, transcendental.

RITUAL CHOCOLATE:

Ritual Chocolate produces small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate using classic European methods and premium cacao from select sources. Founded in 2010 by Robbie Stout and Anna Davies, their mission is to produce exceptional quality chocolate while celebrating the complexity of the cacao bean.

At their small chocolate factory in Park City, Utah they are involved with the entire chocolate-making process to ensure their values for the highest achievable quality are present every step of the way.

They source some of the highest quality cacao in the world to make their chocolate. With no added flavours, their chocolate is an authentic expression of the flavour unique to each origin.

Ritual Après Chocolate, Champagne with Raspberries

Whenever there is something to celebrate, Ritual loves to do it with a bottle of bubbly, chocolate and berries. So they created a chocolate bar that contained them all. They soaked Madagascar cocoa nibs in sparkling white wine in a wine barrel, then ground those nibs into chocolate, topping it off with dried raspberries.

OmNom Chocolate Reykjavík:

Omnom is a small-batch, craft chocolate maker based in Reykjavík, Iceland. The company started as an experiment to see if the two friends could master how to make chocolate. From the start, they received positive tasting feedback. After receiving positive feedback, they set up a small chocolate-making lab inside a converted gas station and launched. Omnom's mission is to make the best chocolate possible using the highest quality of ingredients.

OmNom Toffee + Sea Salt

A golden hued toffee chocolate whose key components are barley malt, Icelandic milk and sea salt. Nostalgically reminiscent of sweet and salty toffee biscuits.
