Cacaosuyo Chuncho Cuzco 70%
Grown deep in the jungle, Chuncho beans are some of the finest Peruvian cacao boasting an initial blast of fresh fruit and lingering herbal finish. This cacao gets its name from the jungle in which it grows deep within, Chunchada. Made with only cacao and sugar, the true taste of this rare cacao is apparent.

PUMP STREET CHOCOLATE:
Pump Street is an award-winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. After mastering naturally-leavened bread, they ventured into making chocolate from beans imported directly from single estates and cooperatives around the world.
Provenance and process are key to Pump Street's finished bars. They source cacao from the best growers who ferment and dry the beans at the origin. They then tailor their roasting, grinding and conching to yield the best tasting chocolate possible.
Pump Street Sourdough & Sea Salt 66% Mini
A unique combination of their two signature (and favorite) products: dark chocolate and sourdough. Their sourdough crumbs and a touch of sea salt add crunch and a smooth, malty flavor to the Ecuadorian chocolate. This is a unique combination and to our knowledge the first time a chocolate bar has been made with sourdough.

Raaka is devoted to making uncommonly delicious chocolate that captures the brighter, bolder, and fruitier side of cacao. They make every bar from scratch with unroasted cacao beans, sourced from growers they trust and admire. The unique flavour of their unroasted chocolate is part place, part process. They craft their bars in celebration of each cacao origin's unique character. Their chocolate making process values the community of growers, producers, and makers whose livelihoods depend on cacao and chocolate. All of their chocolate is made from scratch, bean-to-bar, in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

This bar is dedicated to the kid inside us all. They steep toasty genmaicha green tea into cacao butter, then mix it with single origin Dominican cacao and crispy puffed quinoa for a comforting adult treat with a nostalgic crunch. The ultimate comfort food, this bar does everything except tuck you in at night.

Potomac Chocolate is an American craft chocolate maker based in Woodbridge, Virginia. Founded in 2010 by Ben Rasmussen, Potomac is one of the first bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the United States.
At their small workshop, raw cacao is transformed into award-winning craft chocolate. Every bar made is hand-crafted, and the focus and dedication Ben brings to the workshop results in delicious bean-to-bar chocolate that highlights the unique flavors of each cacao origin.
Potomac Duarte Dark Milk 60%
This new dark milk chocolate bar perfectly splits the difference between dark chocolate and milk chocolate. It’s smooth, creamy, and uncomplicated. At 60% cacao, it has a deep chocolate flavor with notes of cream and sweet caramel. It’s really the best of both worlds.
