Bryan was named one of the top 10 North American chocolatiers and has won a multitude of awards.
Halfway between milk and dark chocolate, this unique bar uses Peruvian cacao and spring salt to produce a remarkable, warm sensation. In addition to their usual high-quality cacao, Fruition obtains the salt from Salt of the Earth, whose proceeds go towards a variety of Peruvian charities.
