Third Golden Bean Award for Casa Amedei at the London Academy of Chocolate in 2013, Blanco de Criollo takes its name from the seed used to make it, Piura Gran Blanco, a genetic quality grown in the northern Peru. Considered one of the best cocoa in the world, it gives the chocolate a rich and at the same time surprisingly delicate taste, characterized by fruity aromas.
