Refund policy
We have a 24-hour refund policy from receiving an order, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, it must be due to manufacturing or delivery damage; we do not accept refunds due to dislike of a product.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@kekao.co with pictures of the damaged products. If your request is accepted, we’ll process a refund or reship the items. For subscriptions, a replacement box may be added to the end of your prepaid subscription.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
