Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription.

This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a Subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you’ve chosen to pre-pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term; if you prefer not to renew, you can cancel anytime through your customer portal or by contacting us at contact@kekao.co.

To cancel a subscription, you must do so at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Renewal notifications are sent to the email address you entered at checkout three days prior to each renewal. We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses entered at checkout or for customers who do not review renewal notifications. Cancellations made after a renewal charge will take effect immediately, but the current box will still be billed and shipped.

If you cancel before completing a pre-paid subscription, the cancellation will only stop future renewals (if applicable) and will not issue a refund. Should you choose to end a pre-paid plan early and request a refund, you will be billed for each box already received at the one-time rate.
