Their journey into cacao began during a vacation to St. Lucia in 2011 when they tasted cacao pulp for the first time. In 2013, they started a chocolate blog called "Little Brown Squares" and began making their own chocolate. Their passion grew, leading to the opening of a factory with tours. LetterPress sources the world's best cacao, roasts each batch carefully, and stone grinds over several days to highlight the unique flavors of each origin they use.
