Pump Street has spent years perfecting their traditional Panettone in the bakery. It is rich, perfumed, full of candied fruit and topped with almonds and sugar crystals, and those flavours are all represented in this chocolate bar. Dark chocolate made with Grenadan cocoa beans from Crayfish Bay Organic Estate, is enriched with their own panettone, then orange peel and nibs of toasted almond and sugar are embedded in the bar. Perfect for anyone who loves panettone or other richly flavoured Christmas cakes.
